International tea export requires accurate, complete documentation. We coordinate the standard set of trade documents for every shipment and can advise on destination-specific requirements.
Commercial invoice
Itemised invoice covering variety, grade, quantity, unit price, and total value.
Packing list
Detailed breakdown of pack sizes, net and gross weights, and number of units per shipment.
Certificate of origin
Issued by the relevant Indian trade authority confirming the tea's country of origin.
Phytosanitary certificate
Confirms the consignment meets the plant health standards of the destination country.
Bill of lading / airway bill
Carrier-issued transport document covering sea or air freight shipments.
Tea Board export licence
Mandatory licence issued by the Tea Board of India for all tea exports.
